Library membership is FREE.
Membership and usage of the Muswellbrook Shire Libraries is government by the Library Act 1939 and any regulations under the act.
By registering for a Library membership, you are agreeing to abide by all Muswellbrook Shire Libraries policies and procedures found here.
To receive your membership card, visit one of our branches with a valid form of ID showing current address details.
Conditions of eCard Membership
Muswellbrook Shire Libraries also offers a ecard membership to residents of Muswellbrook Shire which will allow new members to be verified by email and allows access to online content immediately after verification. Identification showing the current address must be produced prior to converting to a full membership.

Remember to bring with you suitable identification and proof of address.
If you are under 18 you must also have a copy of the permission letter signed by your parent guardian.
You can now sign using your barcode and password or register another member.
